Megan brings nearly two decades of experience spanning government and public affairs, legal practice, and strategic consulting - making her one of the most versatile operators on the Rhodes Advisors team. A licensed attorney, she built her foundation in policy and stakeholder engagement, leading national advocacy campaigns on behalf of Fortune 50 corporations and major trade associations, before expanding into strategic consulting and business development. She founded MKP Consulting, advising clients including a leading technology-focused philanthropic foundation, a national business association, and World Trade Center Denver, as well as collaborative work with EvolvED Global on national education convenings, corporate growth strategy, and the LaunchED Challenge - an AI-focused edtech competition that drew applicants from top universities nationwide and produced a $1M investment for a finalist in its inaugural cohort. At Rhodes Advisors, Megan channels her policy depth, legal acumen, and operational range to support university partnerships and strengthen the firm's internal systems and client-facing initiatives. She holds a JD from Drake University Law School and a BA in Political Science from Iowa State University.
