Susan is a higher education leader with deep expertise in enrollment management, financial aid, and student success strategy. She most recently served as a Consultant in Enrollment and Student Financial Aid at 2U, following five years as Vice President of Enrollment Services at the company. Susan also held key leadership roles at the University of Southern California, where she served as Associate Dean for Graduate and International Admissions and later as Associate Dean for Financial Aid. Earlier in her career, she led enrollment management as Vice President at Converse College and as Associate Provost at the University of Scranton.
